Our comfortable and charming flat house in the heart of Sölden is known for its quiet yet central location. Here you can relax in your holiday flat and be right in the middle of the action at the same time.
The Apart Tyrolis Sölden is situated directly in the centre, but one row of houses away from the main road. So you can enjoy the peace and quiet and at the same time reach all the important places, such as ski lifts, restaurants and shops, easily on foot.

Everything close by! In a few minutes walk you can reach ski lifts, ski rental, ski bus, shops (Spar), restaurants and cafes.

Apartment 3 – 5 Persons
Our spacious holiday apartments (75 m²) accommodate 3 to 5 people and are the perfect retreat for your next holiday in Sölden. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to enjoy cosy meals, while the modern bathroom and separate WC ensure maximum comfort.
The master bedroom, separated by an elegant sliding door, offers a cosy box-spring double bed and a quiet place for two people to relax.
Our holiday flats are cleverly divided for even more privacy and comfort. An additional one to three guests will find comfortable accommodation in a separate room with its own bathroom and WC.
This layout is ideal for families with children, friends or two couples travelling together, but who also value their individual space.
Apartment 2 – 3 Persons
Our charming holiday flats (60m²) for 2 to 3 people are the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy pure relaxation.
The separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring double bed invites you to enjoy restful nights, while the living room and bedroom with a high-quality box-spring single bed provide additional sleeping space. This single bed can easily be transformed into a cosy couch during the day – ideal for chilling out, relaxing and lingering.
The spacious bathroom, equipped with a shower and double washbasin, offers plenty of space for your daily rituals. A separate toilet ensures extra privacy and flexibility. The well-equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals – just the way you like them.
Winter + skiing holiday = Sölden
Stay overnight at Apart Tyrolis and your skiing holiday in Sölden will be a comfortable pleasure.
- 10 minutes walk to the Gaislachkogel cable car.
- 2-3 minutes walk to the ski bus, which takes you FREE of charge to all entry points to the ski area.
- 3 minutes walk to the centre shuttle lift, which leads directly to the Innerwald children’s ski area. From there you can also easily get to the downhill run of the Gaislachkogelbahn on skis.

In summer, our Apartmenthouse in Sölden is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing and more.
