Our comfortable and charming flat house in the heart of Sölden is known for its quiet yet central location. Here you can relax in your holiday flat and be right in the middle of the action at the same time.
We host a maximum of 13 guests at a time. This exclusive, intentionally small-scale concept creates a warm, personal atmosphere and a sense of comfort that is often hard to find in larger properties.
Apart Tyrolis Sölden is located right in the center, just one row of houses away from the main street. This allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet while still reaching all the important spots, such as ski lifts, restaurants and shops, within just a few minutes’ walk.

Each holiday apartment has its own ski locker with space for skis, boots, gloves and helmets. Heated drying rods help keep your equipment dry.

Large lawn and playground directly in front of the house. The ski kindergarten and practice area for downhill and mountain bikes are also within easy walking distance.
Fully equipped
Kitchen or kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are also provided.

Free parking directly at the house. This is especially convenient in the centre of Sölden, where parking spaces are limited and often subject to charges.

- Ski bus approx. 150 m away, taking you FREE OF CHARGE to all access points into the ski area.
- The Zentrum Shuttle is approx. 100 m from the house and takes you directly to the Innerwald children’s ski area. From there, you can easily ski down towards the Gaislachkoglbahn.

Our holiday apartments are ideal for couples, small families, families with children, groups of friends and two couples travelling together. The Gaislachkogl holiday apartment offers 75 m² of space for 2 to 5 guests and, thanks to its layout with separate areas, plenty of privacy. The 60 m² Nederkogl holiday apartment is ideal for 2 to 3 guests.
Yes. Free parking is available directly at Apart Tyrolis for our guests. This is a real advantage in the centre of Sölden, where parking spaces are limited and often subject to charges. Many places can then be reached easily on foot or by using the Zentrum Shuttle.
The Zentrum Shuttle is only about 100 metres from the house and takes guests comfortably up to Innerwald. From there, you have direct access to the ski area and the slopes towards the Gaislachkoglbahn. This means you can usually leave your car parked directly at the house throughout your ski holiday.
Yes. Each holiday apartment has its own ski locker in the ski room, with space for skis, ski boots, helmets and gloves. Heated drying rods help keep boots and other equipment dry and pleasantly warm for the next day on the slopes.
Yes. Right next to the parking area, there is a large, lockable bike storage room where bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely. This makes Apart Tyrolis a practical base for cyclists and mountain bikers exploring Sölden and the Ötztal.
Yes. There is a bike washing area directly next to the bike storage room. After a tour, you can clean your bike there and then store it securely again in the lockable bike storage room.
Cleanliness and hygiene are especially important to us. In addition to thorough cleaning, we use a professional Cleantec dry steam cleaner. Hot dry steam enables thermal disinfection without chemical cleaning agents and is also suitable for joints, bathrooms and hard-to-reach areas.
Yes. Apart Tyrolis has two identical Gaislachkogl holiday apartments, each for 2 to 5 guests, as well as the Nederkogl holiday apartment for 2 to 3 guests. Several apartments can be requested together. This means up to 13 guests can stay in the house while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own holiday apartment.
Yes. In winter, Apart Tyrolis is a practical base for a ski holiday in Sölden, with the Zentrum Shuttle close by as well as a ski room and heated ski lockers in the house. In summer, hikers, mountain bikers and families benefit from the location in the heart of the Ötztal, the lockable bike storage room with washing facilities and the Ötztal Inside Summer Card, which is included during the summer season.
